Payment must be given up front, unless a payment plan is agreed upon (i.e. half up front, half once past the sketch phase). Accepted payments are Ko-fi and Cashapp.

I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason, as well as to cancel the commission for any reason.

If I for some reason can't complete the commission, I will refund you. If you must back out on the commission, you will receive a full refund if I have not begun. If progress has already been made, I will partially refund you, with the amount depending on how much time/progress has been put into the piece(s).

I reserve the right to use my work for advertising and portfolio purposes, and post to my own social media. You may repost my art ONLY WITH PERMISSION if appropriate credit is given, i.e. my username (CrystalizedCalamity, etc based on which social media platform) is explicitly stated in the main post, and my username linked if I also have an account on that platform. It is still my work, do not claim it as your own. If there is a reason I should not post the art publicly, there will be an agreement to sign.

I do NOT permit my art, commissioned or not, to be used for AI, cryptocurrency, or NFT purposes in any form. If you use my art for any of the stated reasons you will be blacklisted and blocked.

If using my piece for commercial purposes or other non-personal uses, appropriate credit must still be given, and you may be charged an additional royalty fee depending on the nature of the commission. If being used commercially or for other non-personal uses, that must be explicitly stated in the commission request.

Commissioned work of 100 USD or more, as well as work outside of personal use, may require you to sign a contract stating that you accept my terms and conditions. Non-personal-use can include but is not limited to: artwork made to be sold as a product (keychains, prints, etc), artwork made to advertise media (games, videos, websites, etc).

Accepting your commission does NOT mean that my views or opinions reflect yours, and is not grounds for condoning any actions you may take using my art. Your views, opinions, and actions are solely yours and do not express my own opinions and actions.

During the initial sketching/line art (if applicable) phase, you will be allowed three major adjustments to the piece free of charge. Adjustments after that will be $5 USD extra. Any major adjustments made after the line art phase will be $10 USD extra. This charge does not apply to minor fixes that don't take long to fix, nor does it apply to mistakes made on my end (such as missing an accessory/part of the character design if it is clearly visible in the reference sheet.

Please be considerate. Don't badger me or guilt me into completing your commission faster. It can lead to less than desired results or cancellation altogether.

If I discover a breach of my TOS has been made, I have the right to cancel your commission with no refund, as well as blacklist you (be "you" an individual or a group). I also reserve the right to pursue legal action in the event of misuse, scams, false chargebacks, etc.
